Taso Zografos is a leader who will work hard to address challenges associated with growth and the budget in a balanced and responsible manner. In order for San Mateo County to flourish, our government must work smarter.

Taso is a local native and the son of proud immigrant parents. Taso understands the value of family, hard work, and personal integrity.

Taso is an American success story who earned his education while continuing to volunteer to coach children, help those in need and assist the elderly. Taso cares about people.

Taso holds a Bachelors Degree from San Jose State University and a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California.

Taso has over 22 years of business management and technology experience supporting federal, state and local governments and regional planning authorities. He is a proven leader.

Taso and his wife Judi are raising their two children in San Mateo County. He deals with the many challenges we all face and can best represent our needs.

Taso will bring a new perspective and complementary talent to the County Board of Supervisors. His business acumen can improve accessibility and accountability of our government services.

Taso can leverage technology to enhance productivity and revenue for government. His proven ability to advocate for positive change will focus on transportation, education, senior services and our police and fire protection agencies.

Taso will fight for the best solutions to address traffic congestion, affordable housing, and economic growth. Taso has the leadership skills to advance the prosperity of this county.

Taso believes leadership in government requires more than just being a politician. He has the capacity, courage and passion to stand up and openly debate new ideas.

Now more than ever, we need a change in leadership in San Mateo County.
