Increased budget constraints for the new few years will likely put a strain on the community.
The City will face increased budget problems over the near future. It is unfair to continue asking its citizens to pay ever increasing service fees. These costs should be passed on to the developers planning new large-scale changes to the City and its landscape.
We must find a way to improve the City's outdated infrastructure. Our sewers and water system must be brought up to date and kept in good repair on a continuing basis, making them safe for all our citizens.
