San Carlos has moved forward during the past eight years.
During my two full terms in office, I have been part of a Council team that has delivered:

  • A balanced municipal budget for eight consecutive years.
  • Negotiated countless new, income producing projects such as the Circle Star Project, Pep Boys, Inhale & Best Buy.
  • Increased city revenue by adding 290 new hotel rooms.
  • Added new workforce and senior housing complexes.
  • Built San Carlos Youth Center.
  • Financed and constructed new, state of the art Library.
  • Completed Holly St.& Howard/Brittan grade separations.
  • Settled Harbor Industrial Area land dispute and annexed 170 income producing acres to San Carlos.
  • Secured 3-million dollars of new city park funding
  • Continued downtown improvement projects
  • Beautified El Camino median strip and improved signalization

With your support, I will enter my third term and do so with the promise to continue working to improve our public transportation, beautify and improve our downtown and represent San Carlos' highest interests to regional governmental bodies .
