BS in Mathematics from Cal Poly, SLO Extensive graduate work in Math and Computer education at Fresno Pacific.

I taught mathematics at Coalinga High School for 39 years (1972-2011). Served as Math Dept Chair (1985-2011)

I served as an officer of Coaling-Huron Unifed Teachers Assoc. for 10 years including 4 years as president, 2 years as vice president and 4 years as a site representative for the high school.

I have had training in school budgets from the California Teachers Assoc.

I attend most school board meetings and have developed a good working relationship with teachers, administrators, classified personnel, school board members and parents.

Within the community of Coalinga, I am an active member in my church, serving as a Deacon, Adult Sunday School teacher and church tresurer.
