My family and I have made our home in Millbrae for almost two decades. We came for Millbrae's small town feeling within a vibrant urban center, well-cared for homes, and superior public schools for our sons. We stayed because we found all this, together with friendly neighbors and safe streets.

I'm proud of my eight-year record of accomplishments as your Councilmember and Mayor.

As Councilwoman, I secured $450,000 in County library funds for our new Library, negotiated with SamTrans to save our historic train station as a museum, and partnered with parents to improve baseball fields. As Mayor, I led Millbrae to establish the first balanced budget in years; approve Millbrae's pioneering grease recycling plant; settle Millbrae's stalled garbage contract; and ensure our Library's timely opening.

I am excited about applying my knowledge gained through experience toward Millbrae's betterment. I'm committed to closing Millbrae's current budget deficit while preserving our public safety and life quality for seniors, families and youth.

As Sister Cities Commission Chairperson, I'm working to improve the Spur Trail's Mosta Grove. As your Councilwoman, I will continue working with the community to get things done for Millbrae.
