Let's face facts:

1. I want to protect our local environment.
2. I see problems that will affect our lives for years to come.
3. I will defend and be a voice for our youth, seniors and business owners.
4. I know right from wrong and believe in open/truthful communication.
5. This is my 1st time running for public office.
6. I'm 25 years old with lots of energy and commitment.
7. Earned my BS Degree in Technology Administration, Washburn University.
8. Love, work and play in the Half Moon Bay community.
9. I want to stand up and be part of positive solutions and get things COMPLETED.
10. I need everyone's help to truly make a difference. I need your VOTE!!!!!

In the late 19th century, U.S. President Grover Cleveland stated, "A public office is a public trust." We all must be good stewards with what we've been given. Problems will come up and problems can be solved with common sense and hearing all sides of issues. Good things can get done through open and truthful communications while striving to complete projects.

After we get the necessary people involved; by necessary people I mean to include different agencies that have the knowledge and resource base which will or could be affected, along with as many people who are or could be affected by the outcome of our decisions. Gather that information and then we can find a mutual solution; come to an agreement, while protecting our local environment, defending our future generations, and at the same time not forgetting our youth, seniors and business owners.

That being said, good things can get done through open and truthful communications while striving to complete projects. Far too many things just get talked about and never get completed in Half Moon Bay.

I am 25 and I do know right from wrong. I truly believe once all the facts have been gathered, I've heard and not just listened, when I make a decision, my "yes" will be "yes" and my "no" will be "no".

Do I know all the answers? No, I don't know everything but I'm smart enough to ask the people who do.

I have shown a willingness to stand up, be honest, use common sense, work smart for hardworking people and make a positive difference on issues that protect and help us grow and have fun in our community. I truly will make a positive difference and would appreciate your help in discovering the unknown strategies I might be missing. I would be honored to have your VOTE on November 3rd!!!!!
