Assisted in the preparation of over 20 balanced budgets in three cities.

Negotiated multiple labor agreements with police, fire and general service employees.

Negotiated agreement with Los Angeles County Fire Dpeartment that secured a paramedic squad and Fire Station 62 in Claremont.

Served as staff liaison to the Claremont Police Commission.

Served as Interim Finance Director and Acting City Manager.

Facilitated the establishment of the Indio Performing Arts Center.

Received the League of California Cities Career Leadership Award.

Served on the Claremont Unified School District's District Advisory and Facility Assessment Committees

Founding treasurer of the Claremont High School Theatre Boosters

Serving on committee to raise matching funds for renovation of the theatre complex and Claremont High School
