When children fail, the adults in their lives have failed to create an environment where they can have success. I believe that those of us who are in charge of the education of the young should be able to build an environment of student success by working together, identifying problems and creating sustainable solutions. We posses the ability now to do what we are training our students for in the future. I believe that teachers want to teach, students want to learn, and administrators want to lead. It is up to the Board to make it all happen.
