This information is provided by the candidate

Sequoia Hospital is very important to the health and wellness of our District Community. Therefore, following very involved negotiations, we are fortunate that a financial plan was agreed upon, thereby, enabling our Hospital to be rebuilt and fully modernized. With the financing now in place, the re-build currently is under way. However, the building and financial funding will take place over the next five to six years during which it is the responsibility of your District to make sure that the specific objectives planned for are accomplished. As I was one of the District's directors thoroughly involved in creating the financial plan, I would hope you feel me qualified to help oversee the successful completion of our Hospital's rebuild and modernization. Additionally, I shall continue to advocate our District's ongoing support of health services that have and shall continue to benefit our Community.

My background is Stanford, Marine Corps, then graduate school; our family has lived in this community since 1971. We've been married over 40 years; have two children, three grandchildren and a fourth "on the way". My early business background was running and building a company, later investment banking, then real estate development and investment. Thank you for your support.

Post Script: This is my summary for the Campaign Ballot, but it says what I think is important as to the current responsiblities of anyone wanting to be a District Board Member. If I can answer any futher questions for you, please contact me by e-mail <nappy@sbcglobal.net) - thank you
