Since his election in 2004, Andy has

  • Championed open and transparent government.

  • Andy wants to improve public safety for pedestrians and cyclists and minimize cut-through traffic in residential neighborhoods.
  • To achieve more effective government processes, Andy will pursue his efforts to align the city council, commissions, and staff to work together and reduce reliance on consultants.
  • Andy will maintain his commitment to seniors by participating in the Peninsula Volunteer Meals on Wheels program and working at the Onetta Harris Senior Center.
