Measure A. School Bonds -- Ross School District (55%)
Pass: 894 / 75.57% Yes votes ...... 289 / 24.43% No votes
To provide funding to complete necessary school facilities improvements in one phase, including second-story classrooms, eliminating the need for long-term portable classrooms along Ross Common and creating space for a privately-funded gymnasium/community center, shall the Ross School District be authorized to issue up to $6.75 million in bonds at interest rates within the legal limit as specified in the Bond Project List, with a Citizens' Oversight Committee to monitor all financial activity?

Measure B. Parcel Tax -- Nicasio School District (Two-Thirds Approval Required)

To maintain small class sizes structured in appropriate multi-grade classroom configurations, to increase compensation for teachers and staff, and to support school operations and vital instructional programs, should the Nicasio School District implement a parcel tax commencing July 1, 2008 for a period of eight (8) years at a rate of $375.00 per parcel, with a 4% annual cost of living adjustment for each year thereafter, with an exemption for property owners 65 and older?

Measure C. Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services levy adjustment -- City of Belvedere

Shall the City of Belvedere be authorized to continue adjusting its appropriation limit for the annual fire protection and emergency medical services levy, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California Constitution, for the period 7/1/2008 through 6/30/2012? The levy for FY 2008-2009 shall not exceed the rate authorized in Chapter 3.28 of the Belvedere Municipal Code. (The current levy is $548 per residential dwelling unit, $625 per occupancy in commercial structures, and $110 per vacant parcel.)

Measure D. General Municipal Services Tax levy -- Town of Ross

Shall the ordinance authorizing levy of the general municipal services tax from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2012, thereby increasing the appropriations limit of the Town of Ross, be adopted?

Measure E. Special Tax -- Mesa Park District (Firehouse Community Park Agency) (Two-Thirds Approval Required)
Pass: 364 / 69.73% Yes votes ...... 158 / 30.27% No votes
Shall Resolution No. 8 of the Board of Commissioners of Mesa Park be confirmed, establishing a special tax of $45 per year per improved parcel, commencing with fiscal year 2008-2009 and continuing for a period of 4 years for the maintenance and operation of a public park, and shall the appropriations limits be confirmed in the amount equal to the tax revenues received by this parcel tax?
