My political philosophy regarding the MCC is very straight forward.

The MCC was intended to function as simply an advisory board and venue for public discussion and information transmission. It does not and has never had any authority to make decisions regarding anything whatsoever. By taking advantage of the ambiguity created by the lack of approved ratified legally binding bylaws the MCC has evolved to become an illegitimate pseudo political power which has alienated significant numbers of the public who have been harmed by these illegal actions.

I do not believe any member of the MCC has the right to tell any member of the public what to do in terms of aesthetic decisions. It does not even have the right to observe what is legal and what is not, this is the job of the Board of Supervisors.

Operating for sixteen years without ratified bylaws is a travesty that needs to be corrected immediately to protect the public from an illegally acting body.

I do not have a position on any issue save that of requiring the MCC to become subordinated to a memorialized and codified delineation of behavior which is ratified by the board of supervisors.
