Redevelopment of the 15 acres, Chess/Hatch, Pilgrim/Triton.

By Marcia Ann Cohn-Lyle

Candidate for City Council member; City of Foster City

This information is provided by the candidate
Foster City revenue stream must be increased to offset a downturn due in 2012 caused by an aging infrastructure and the development of the final remaining vacant parcels.
Foster City has a self-imposed $10M minimum Reserve. With good planning Foster City can create the revenue stream it needs by monitoring the 15 acres, Chess/Hatch, Pilgrim/Triton, etc. Charter Square and Beach Park Plaza are scheduled for redevelopment in the near future as well.
