As a 4th generation Sonoma County resident and a graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College I am committed to helping the college maintain its outstanding reputation. As your board member I will work hard to see that students continue to receive the excellent education and support services that have made SRJC one of the finest colleges in the state.

As a businessman I understand the importance of sound financial planning and sustainable business practices. I will bring this experience to the board to assist my fellow board members. I also recognize that an organization's greatest asset is its employees and I want to ensure the college continues to employ the finest possible faculty and staff.

I strongly support scholarship and financial aid programs that assist students who do not have the financial resources to attend college. I also believe that student fees and book costs should be as low as possible.

My desire is to help SRJC and our community by serving as a member of the board of trustees. It is one of my ways of thanking SRJC and this community for all it has done for me and my family.

Como parte de una familia que vive en el Condado de Sonoma desde hace cuatro generaciones, y como graduado del Colegio Universitario de Santa Rosa, estoy comprometido a ayudar a preservar la sobresaliente reputación que tiene el colegio universitario. Como miembro de su consejo trabajaré diligentemente para asegurarme de que se sigan ofreciéndoles a los alumnos los excelentes servicios de educación y de asistencia que han hecho del Colegio Universitario de Santa Rosa uno de los mejores colegios universitarios del estado.

Como hombre de negocios, entiendo la importancia de inteligente planificación fiscal y prácticas comerciales sostenibles. Llevaré esta experiencia al consejo para ayudar a mis compañeros en el consejo. También, reconozco que el mejor recurso de una organización es su personal y quiero garantizar que el colegio universitario seguirá contratando a los mejores profesores y empleados posibles.

Apoyo firmemente programas de becas y de asistencia económica que ayuden a los alumnos que no tengan los recursos de dinero para asistir al colegio universitario. También creo que el precio de la colegiatura y el costo de los libros deben ser los más baratos posibles.

Tengo el deseo de ayudar al SRJC y a nuestra comunidad mediante mi desempeño como miembro del consejo de síndicos. Constituye uno de mis esfuerzos por agradecer al SRJC y a esta comunidad por todo lo que han hecho para mí y para mi familia.
