Our Comprehensive High Schools Are Overcrowded

By Sandra J "Sandy" Dabasinskas

Candidate for Board Member; Escondido Union High School District

This information is provided by the candidate
Expand the current high school sites. Set new residential boundaries to better balance the enrollment at the comprehensive high school.
  • I am an advocate for expanding our current comprehensive sites and creating small learning environments.

  • The residential boundaries need to be redrawn. There are currently about 2800 students at Escondido High School, and 2400 students at each of the other two comprehensive high schools (Orange Glen High School and San Pasqual High School).
