Our country will be facing many financial challenges in the coming future years. We have many vital projects that need to be accomplished in the midst of this poor economic conditiions. Our City is a healthy City. City council should have five qualified individuals with various solid and proven expertise to help Brisbane continue its successful future course.

I am the only candidate that has over 25 years of financial experitse in the public sector. I am known as "Efficiency Expert". I assist public sector organizations to "do more with less".

We are currently faced with development choices that could
have a profound impact on our community. I will continue
to ensure that any proposed development projects
(Baylands, Quarry, Sierra Point, etc.) reflect the needs
and values of our community and preserve our small town
atmosphere.

Preservation of our small town atmosphere must be compatible with any efforts for economic development. Now more than ever, the City Council needs experienced leaders who have earned your confidence, your trust, and have a proven track record of accomplishment.

I will use my financial, governmental expertise and problem solving skills to serve the needs of Brisbane as I have demonstrated in the past. Once again, I need your help to accomplish the above list of goals. I will work to keep Brisbane a community where our children are safe and our lives are enriched by improved services.

I am going to utilize my financial expertise in order to accomplish the following:

I will continue to SUPPORT and WORK toward:

Assuring that Police, Public Safety and Public Works
Departments are not compromised in a disaster Continuing open space acquisition Creating a Brisbane Community Employment Clearing House + "Hire Locals First" Developing and approving a green building ordinance Ensuring the Tank Farm is well policed and regulated Expanding Mayor's Health Initiative program to include
nutrition and exercise Expanding recycling and waste reduction efforts Expanding senior and teen programs Expanding the arts programs including arts co-sponsorship Finalizing the City Hall/Police Department seismic
retrofit, solar installation and community meeting room Finalizing the Crocker Park Recreational Trail Finalizing the replacement of the Tunnel Road Overpass
with pedestrian/bicycle access Implementing "Neighborhood Watch" programs Improving communications with our local businesses Maintaining Brisbane's quality of life Partnering with environmental groups to protect our
environment and educate our citizens Protecting our small town atmosphere Reducing airport noise Reviewing, conditioning Quarry projects thoroughly and
allowing people to vote Supporting a new gymnasium, if the public desires Supporting a new library to help educate our children and
for the life-long education of our community Supporting downtown revitalization program Supporting our schools and library Supporting the continuance of our daily high school
