What differentiates Coralin from the other candidates

By Coralin Feierbach

Candidate for Member, City Council; City of Belmont

This information is provided by the candidate
30 years Belmont Commitment, Experience and Service
Because Coralin has lived in Belmont for almost 30 years and she has the experience, commitment and service in this community, she can list her goals and issues more clearly. She has institutional memory, knowing where Belmont has been, where it is and where it is going. Coralin believes she differs from the other candidates in particular with regards to downtown development, She sees downtown development far more extensive than just developing around Walgreen's block. She sees redevelopment on Old County Road, on Ralston between El Camino and 101, on the Caltrain station area and also in the HIA areas. Coralin sees a potential new neighborhood, not necessarily made up of contiguous parts, but in pieces all linked together by magnate businesses and housing, especially designed with affordability and livability for teachers and city employees who work here.
