Occupation: Administrative Assistant/High Tech Industry

Education and Qualifications:

I attended San Francisco Schools and Mission College. I have certificates in Word Processing, internal Customer Service, and Quality Assurance programs. I participated in the program "We care and Give Back" by Intuit (Makers of Quicken,) providing software for schools and non profit organizations. I contributed in providing peripheral products for Costano School, in my neighborhood. With experience in high-tech business and knowledge of computers.

Living in the community for 10 years. As a child of migrant workers, I made a successful transition into a mostly English-speaking world. I'm bilingual a proud mother of a son and daughter.

Our community is responsible for providing all children with an educational link to today's high-tech world and creating bilingual opportunities within today's multi-cultural society. My goal is to improve and expand the existing curriculum for educational programs that include the parents' empowerment. I will utilize my computer experience; provide business connections to further develop educational computer programs for students.

A student's foundation begins at home the parents, and with the proper tools, together they can pursue higher education and enrich their future.
