I favor:

Replacing the current "We know what's best for you" attitude with a Board whose Members are willing to set aside their own personal agendas and petty differences in order to do what they were elected to do, conduct the "People's business" and act in the best interest of their constituents.

A "people friendly" Harbor Commission that does not resist televising its own Meetings; one that openly encourages Public participation at every level of the decision making process.

A Commission that utilizes long-range thinking and careful planning to assure that you, the ones footing the bill, receive the best possible "bang for your Taxpayer buck".

A Commission that pro-actively takes deliberate and decisive action to see to it that the Commercial Fishing Industry at Pillar Point Harbor remains a viable component of the Coastal economy.

A Commission that doesn't spend your money "like there's no tomorrow" but strives to deliver services to the Boating Public while living within its means; breaking the seemingly endless cycle of approving multi-million dollar Deficit Budgets.
