City Council; Town of Colma

PHILIP LUM Age: 49

Occupation: Manager

Education and Qualifications:

Serving on the Colma City Council has been very fulfilling. I thank the community for their support on all my re-elections. I can offer you sixteen years of experience. We have future projects that need experienced Councilmembers that have knowledge of them.

The projects are: Hillside Community and Cultural Park. This facility will be used for historical, educational and social needs of our Community.

Police Station; To replace our inadequate Police Department Building. With a state of the art facility.

New Roadways; Hillside to Old Mission Road. This new Road will improve traffic when S.S.F. Bart Station opens. Hillside Blvd. Beautification; Resurfacing existing road, adding streetlights, sidewalks and bike lanes in each direction.

Currently the City Council is in the process of reviewing staff reports on the renovation of our current Town Hall.

I believe that with these improvements, our town will provide a safe and secure environment for our Families.
