Warren AFB Hospital, Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1994; assigned to the 124th Tactical Fighter Group, Gowen Field, Boise Idaho in 1997; assigned to the DOD School of Medical Equipment Technology Wichita Falls, Texas in 1998; Honorably Discharged on the 30th day of December 1999 with a testimonial of Honest and Faithful Service.
