What I would Work For
My vision for Oyster Point Marina/Park includes : Full service hotels and restaurants, reconfiguring the breakwater, Commodore Dining Cruises and a High Speed Commuter Ferry Terminal, fuel dock up and running.

My vision for Pillar Point Harbor includes: A boating safety program to lower the rate of accidents (currently 100 accidents per year), A viable commercial fishing fleet, Purchasing a Boatyard, Adding 71 berths, Constructing a new Visitor serving pier on the Princeton shoreline, Restoration of maximum public access to recreational facilities like the RV lot for low cost vacation opportunities/enforce lease terms for public access protection/Coastal Act compliance. Preservation of the 6.19 acre Burnham Strip (median Strip) for public use as a park, not private development, Declaration of a Scenic Preservation Easement on the Burnham Strip to protect this irreplaceable resource for current and future generations, Permanent berthing of one or more "Ancient Mariners" (ie.a schooner) for public enjoyment, Albalone Aquaculture ON LAND, Restroom facility, An educational facility of the public's choice within the Harbor, A first rate sailing school, a U.S. Coastguard Aux. Flotilla at Pillar Point, Improve parking.
