Full philosophy available at http://www.harborchange.com

My philosophy is that my job is to represent the public's best interests. As a resident of one of the 2 district facilities I feel uniquely qualified to act on its behalf and monitor circumstances there. I believe that the public should be encouraged to participate in all decisions affecting this, their facility and be encouraged to utilize the facility and all that it offers including the beach, launch ramp, fishing pier, sailboarding ramp, hotels, boat dealership, fuel dock and more. I see it as my duty to make sure that all these services are made available and accessible to the public in a full working capacity at all times with safe and adequate parking and operation and qualified personnel.
