Current lawsuit

Candidate for Member, Board of Directors; Peninsula Health Care District

Getting on with the business of health care.
As an independent businessman, I understand how difficult it can be when members of a single board are divided. Of course, there are always varying points of view and in most situations, through the negotiation process, conflicts are resolved.

This has not been the case in the Peninsula Health Care District. In this case, dissenting board members actually filed a lawsuit to strengthen their position.

I will work to make sure that this conflict is resolved, that the lawsuit is ended and will make it a priority to work effectively with other board members.

If we make the board's focus simply the quality and accessibility of health care for district residents, resolutions should be easy to reach.
