Grants (15%), Funding Tobacco Prevention/Control Programs (12%),
Funding Hospitals for Emergency Charity Care and Bad Debts (6%), and
funding Sheriff's public safety programs (5%); and requiring
maintenance of other County spending on such categories at 1999-2000

- To alleviate overcrowding, related health, safety and educational shortcomings at Cambria Grammar School due to
enrollment that exceeds State design capacity, shall Coast Unified School District be authorized to incur bonded
indebtedness of $12,700,000 at legal interest rates to purchase property and construct classrooms, restrooms, a
multipurpose room/cafeteria, library/technology center, music/art room and student support service areas? A Citizens' Oversight Committee will monitor and review independent audit of bond expenditures, and give annual reports to the public.
