    To construct/modernize classrooms, labs, athletic spaces and other school facilities; replace outdated infrastructure; upgrade inadequate facilities; and improve the quality of education; shall Merced River School District's measure be adopted to issue $3,500,000 in bonds at legal interest rates, estimated levies of approximately 3¢ per $100 assessed value, generating on average $230,000 annually while bonds are outstanding, with annual audits, independent citizens' oversight, no money for salaries and all money improving local schools?
