campgrounds, generating approximately $3,080,000 annually until ended by voters, with
annual audits/public review, be adopted?

dismantled vehicles, shall the ordinance renewing the associated vehicle registration fee

years, generating $160,000 annually, with all funds used in participating local communities
to remove and dispose abandoned vehicles?
