To upgrade/acquire career technical education classrooms; renovate/repair aging classrooms; replace leaking pipes; repair or replace roofs; and update fire/life safety systems at RichardM. Moon Primary, Waterford Junior, Lucille Whitehead Intermediate, Waterford High and other district facilities, shall Waterford Unified School District be authorized to issue $10.65 million of bonds with rates below legal limits, independent citizen oversight, no funds for administrator salaries or taken by the State and NO increase in existing tax rates?
