Marin County Flood Control
-- Stinson Beach Flood Control Zone 5
(Ballot Measure - 2/3 Approval Required)
- To provide funding to: reduce riverine flooding
risk for residents, visitors, and
businesses; maintain natural creek functions; reduce sediment entering Bolinas Lagoon; and
incorporate habitat enhancements for fish and wildlife,
shall a special tax be levied within Zone 5 for 20 years
in the amount of $250.00 per year for improved parcels
and $50.00 per year for unimproved parcels?
