Investing in Education
As the son, brother and uncle of educators, Chuck knows exactly how vital and powerful a good education can be. One of Chuck's top priorities is to reverse the devastating Corbett-Adolph budget cuts that have resulted in overcrowded, understaffed schools, rising local property taxes, and a decline in the overall quality of education within the Commonwealth.
Getting our economy working again
Whether it was as a volunteer in West Africa or as a venture capitalist right here at home, Chuck has dedicated his life to investing in entrepreneurs so they can turn ideas into breakthrough technologies. Chuck spent 30 years helping small businesses turn innovative ideas into successful companies that created thousands of jobs.
Putting the middle class first
Chuck knows that a strong middle class is the key to sustainable growth and prosperity for Delaware County and Pennsylvania. Chuck will always put the middle class first, and will work tirelessly to reduce the tax burden on the middle class while increasing opportunities for all.
