Quality education is the cornerstone of America's future and success. School districts are in the business of educating our children, but also have to be the administrators of a business as well as each being responsible for the intake and outlay of millions of dollars. Thus, there has to be a symbiotic relationship between these two diverse responsibilities....educating our children and prudent responsibility as the business behind it. I believe that the education community can learn from our country's successful businesses and work towards a system that rewards success by quality of results in addition to the longevity of commitment. |
