With over 40 years of experience in land use, I have the experience and perspective necessary to bring positive growth to Lakeside.I am running for the Lakeside Community Planning board because my 40 years of experience in real estate development will assist in moving our community's growth in the right direction. My Southern California roots are deep, having raised my children here, developed several wonderful communities, and my own 60 acre horse ranch right here in Lakeside. When I am not taking care of my livestock, I am busy chasing my new granddaughter around the ranch. I put hay in the barn by helping people find the home of their dreams. As a home owner, I am very protective of my property rights. I believe that as long as you are within your right, you should be able to develop your property the way you see fit. My goal is to help people navigate the planning stage of development in order to bring positive growth to Lakeside. I am looking forward to serving you on the Lakeside Planning Board.
