I believe in Civic Leadership. I have been an advocate for youth, seniors, and low-income families for the past 15 years in the nonprofit sector. This is an opportunity to serve in the public sector on an issue that is critical to Chula Vista and important to me, and my family.

I understand the importance of running an efficient and effective organization while keeping the needs of the community and constituents at the forefront of my decision making. I cannot think of anything in public service more personal than providing safe drinking water in our homes.
