I believe in leadership, teamwork and performance.

Leadership: Some people are born leaders with naturally gifted talent for leadership and others acquire wisdom and leadership skills through life's experience and exposure. Good leadership has to do with working in the most adversarial situations, bringing friends and adversaries together and persuading them to move in the right direction to produce positive results that benefit all. Good leader is also a good mentor with vision, confidence and a high self-esteem.

Teamwork: When people with diverse personalities and skill sets harmoniously work together towards a common goal complementing each other's skills and setting their personal biases aside, it becomes a powerful force that can produce great results. Good teamwork is leveraging peoples' skills and capabilities. And of course the team's performance has a lot to do with the quality of its leader

Performance: Performance is the key. We are all rated by our performance of our job and what we do. The products and services are also rated by their performance and customer satisfaction.

In my profession, I have had the opportunity to work with some of most reputable multi-national companies in a multicultural environment. I have worked as a team leader as well as a team member and I know all about the performance of projects, people and products and the same philosophy and principles can be applied to managing the city and community affairs
