Candidate for
Council Member; City of Folsom

Born in California and raised in Reno, graduated from CSUS Sacramento with a Bachelors of Arts Degree and teaching credential.

Moved to Folsom in 1980, and was student teacher at Blanche Sprentz Elementary School and subsequently hired by Folsom Cordova Unified School District in 1984 as a fourth grade teacher.

Served as a Folsom Cordova Education Association union representative for over 10 years.

Charter member of the Historic Folsom Residents Association, formed to protect historic Old Town Folsom.

Served on the City of Folsom Historic District Commission from 2004-2006.

Retired from Folsom Cordova Unified School District in 2010.

Currently serve as a City of Folsom Planning Commissioner, appointed in 2012.
