Sound utilities are of utmost concern. Affordable Roseville Electric rates are important to both residents and businesses. We have to advocate for our ratepayers at the state and federal levels because proposed initiatives directly affect our bills. Here at home, the Council needs to continue to support our own directives to achieve higher efficiencies in the management of our operations. Thanks to the drought and increased state and federal regulation, we must work hard to ensure that our existing and future residents and businesses have a reliable water supply. As a former Public Utilities Commissioner, and member of the Council have pushed hard as your elected representative with staff, our regulators and our advocacy groups to achieve an affordable and reliable water supply that ensures our future.
