Candidate for
Board Member; Chico Area Recreation and Park District

My recreation career has progressed over 45 years from a lifeguard, recreation leader, special events coordinator, park ranger, intramurals coordinator, recreation therapist and the last 38 years as a professor in the Recreation, Hospitality and Parks Management at Chico State.
During my tenure on the CARD Board of Directors, I have always put the needs of the recreation community as a whole. During my terms we have been in the black and I have done my best to represent the recreation and health needs of the people of Chico. If re-elected, I will continue to represent the best of what Chico has to offer and to enhance those qualities of an outstanding community in which we live in.
