Fresno can increase its police and fire forces by reducing waste in all city functions. Get rid of empty unused buildings and real estate or rent them out. Get rid of paying consultants for what the city staff can provide.As a former police office, I am concerned about public safety, therefore I will propose a Manchester Center police and fire substation and can pay for it by eliminating city and taxpayers wasted monies. |
