    Pass: 567 / 60.6% Yes votes ...... 369 / 39.4% No votes
    To stabilize the City financially and offset severe cuts in federal and state funding as well as sharp reductions in general fund revenues which threaten the City's ability to adequately provide general municipal services, including but not limited to police and fire service; and street, sidewalk, park and other vital infrastructure maintenance, shall an ordinance imposing a temporary, seven-year half percent (1/2%) transactions and use (sales) tax be approved?
