I also plan to implement after-school youth programs that will help discourage growth of local gangs
 I plan to not only hold town meetings monthly, but to advertise them properly so as to encourage greater turn-out.  I also plan to implement after-school youth programs that will help discourage growth of local gangs.  I plan to hold more community events, such as the Highland Park Car Show, expansion of Second Saturdays and the Art Walk, and community BBQ's where neighbors
