Cut conflicting regulations that slow California Dairy farmers from collecting methane as a fuel. Here's the URL http://www.allbusiness.com/dairy-today/20080728/11483509-1.html Entiled, "California biodigesters face an uncertain future because of conflicting federal air regulaions and AB32", however every time I click on it the article can not be found. I hope you have better luck.

Here is another URL that will educate. http://www.wurdco.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=35&Itemid=54 Here is a quote from one of the articles.

Biodigesters collect methane for fuel, other wise methane is a green house gas 22 more harmful to the atmosphere than carbon dioxcide. Biodigesters sterilize manure so it will not stink!!! collect organic fertilizer that looks like murky water called slurry which soaks into the ground; is easy to transport and it does not stink!! Crops grow bigger and taste better when using sterilized organic fertilizer called, "Slurry". Biodigesters also prevent spontanious combustion; prevents e-coli and salmanila poisoning !! Imagine driving past a cow farm that does not stink. Imagine the cow farmer making money by collecting energy from steer manure. Any kind of poop will work. We should all have a biodigester that are modern and completely automatic. Methane fuel is 130 octane, has 22,000 BTUs, and combusts at 97%. Methane is a clean and abuntant fuel that we can use in our homes and our cars.

Biodigesters collect methane or natural gas just like Pacific Gas and Electric sells. Methane occurs when things rot. Biodigesters are air tight containers. The technology is more than 200 years old. Biodigesters can be made any size. Biodigesters speed up decomposition, collect methane as a fuel and provides sterilized organic fertilizer that does not stink! According to the Environmental Protection Agency, as of October 2010, of the 157 methane digesters in the U.S., 126 are on dairies and 24 on hog operations.

Turn the pumps back on and deliver the water to the farms and people in West San Jaquinn Valley. Here's the URL for the story called, "Dying on the Vine" http://www.thedailybeast.com/newsweek/2009/08/23/dying-on-the-vine.html Here's a quote from Mark Borba "I've traveled all over the world--Egypt, Australia, Brazil, China--and I've never seen an agricultural resource like we have in the San Joaquin Valley. The soils, the climate, the crop variability. We've got 300 crops we can grow here. You can't find that just anywhere," he says. "So I have a hard time saying, for lack of the will, that we should neuter the most productive agricultural resource in the world. I don't think that's where America wants to go." Mark Borba is only one of 600 growers in the Westlands Water District, a water-contracting group of farmers and landowners on the far west side of the valley where Mendota and other towns sit.

Before I die, let me see industrial hemp re-legalized in all of America! 'Hemp for Victory!" says the United States Department of Agriculture ! Hemp for Victory ! says me. Hempfield, Pennsylvania and Hemphill, Texas and Hempstead, Arkansas and Hempstead, NewYork are named for the victory of hemp. Hemp so valuable was called, "New Billion Dollar Crop" by Popular Mechanics and "The Most Profitable and Desirable Crop That Can Be Grown" by Mechanical Engineering. Hemp can make anything that petroleum can make and hemp can make anything trees can make. Hempseed is nutritious food, containing all 22 protiens; all essential fatty acids and all amino acids. Hemp fiber for more than 5000 textiles products from rope to fine laces, and the woody hurds remaining are more than 77% cellulose and can produce more than 25000 product from dynamite to cellophane. Cellophane is a nontoxic biodegradable plastic. No recycling needed. Hemp makes cement and fiber board. Hemp is an economical source of paper and hemp makes the most nontoxic fuel of any crop. Hemp is easy to grow and hemp grows 16 feet in 9 weeks and needs no pesticides or herbicides and to quote the United Stated Department of Agriculture, "A dense and shady crop, hemp tends to choke out weeds. Here's a Canadian Thistle that couldn't stand the competition, dead as a dodo. Thus hemp leaves the ground in good condition for the following crop...' Flowering hemp destroys THC in marijuana for a 10 mile radius. However,no matter what we do!!!! the threat of jail or prison, or even the threat of death and no matter what, pot grows everywhere in America and proud Mary keeps on burning!" While hemp does not grow in America. Hemp is imported! from the countries more free than U.S..

Here's the URL for the transcript of "Hemp for Victory" by the United States Department of Agriculture 1942 however it also can be found as a short film. http://www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/hemp/hemp4v.htm
