We had a General Fund Reserve of $20 million- now its zero.Our City has signed on too many projects that are not fiscally viable. They have become a big drain on our budget- leaving us in crisis. I will restore fiscal discipline at City Hall by making sure we do not sign any more unsecured loans guranteed by our City. |
