I have lived in District 2 for 25 years and I too am frustrated about elevated crime and Fresno's budget crisis. I have run a successful business for 25 years, and I understand the importance of a budget. I would like to create new jobs through business partnerships, enhance public safety through grants, restore fiscal discipline to upgrade Fresno's bond rating and not sign any more unsecured loan gurantees by our city.
