This Nov. 8th.... Elect to City Council.... SEAN WALSH

• Endorsed by the Hawthorne Police Officers Association
•  I believe in neighborhood safety, beauty, and education
•  I want to do the work
•  I've fought for public health
•  I have new & innovative ideas
•  I'll take action for safer and more beautiful neighborhoods
•  I'll grow our economy, more revenues for businesses, attract new industries

But, it's important to remember... We have a heck of a lot of positives.

- This is a great city; we just need to bring all the pieces together
- We're in a great location, we've got great weather, and I've got great neighbors
- We have beautiful neighborhoods; we have a strong senior community
- We have original owners our neighborhoods (many from before 1960!)
- This city is full of neighbors who truly care about their neighbors...

--> And this is rare; not just in California, but in America.
This is something that we all should be proud of!

My fellow neighbors,

If you do elect me Nov. 8th for your city council seat...

I promise to work as hard as possible in order to elevate our property values, to grow our economy, to bring in good new jobs, to bring the city together, to take all of the separate parts & bring them into one great whole.

My New Hawthorne Proposal -> New Ideas = New Results:

• In 4 years, increase our city's financial resources by 20%
• Provide greater resources available for City and Police services
• Improve property values by 20%
• Revitalize neighborhoods -new infrastructure (for security & beautification)
• Easier access for our Neighborhood & Homeowners Associations:
  --streamline all city support & permit processes, greatly reduce fees, etc.
• Appropriate developments (reduce issues-NO more high density)
• 20% Economic growth
  
  -> (example: by reducing city "red tape" by at least 20%)
• add 20% more New Jobs
• NO NEW TAXES!

Because in our democracy, you're the boss!
.... And I'm interviewing for the chance to serve you.
