What Issues Do I Care About?

Strategic Growth: Limiting overdevelopment, managing growth and supporting small businesses in order to preserve the small town character of our community. Maintaining fiscal responsibility when it comes to the City's operating budget.

Education: Collaborating with educational leaders to enhance school resources and programs that benefit both the City and the School District.

Seniors: Promoting recreational opportunities and upgrading current public facilities servicing our City's older adults. Ensuring that new or updated facilities are financed responsibly without unnecessary debt.

Environment: Preserving our parks and beaches. Encouraging green initiatives like conservation and sustained development, with a focus on recommendations developed by the City's Environmental Task Force.

Public Safety: Supporting our police, fire and paramedic personnel who protect our community.

Civic Participation: Encouraging greater public participation and input in government decision-making. Promoting expanded use of new media and engaging a larger number of residents in public dialogue about the issues that affect our City.
