It has been a privilege to serve you over these last 4 years as your City Council Representative. Leaders are not `self-appointed'. A person becomes a leader when he/she demonstrates characteristics that others wish to follow. I believe your trust in me is based upon my honesty and observations of my involvement in the community, I have served the Bellflower Kiwanis Club (holding positions as Board Member, Treasurer, President, Silent Auction Chairman and Kiwanian of the Year), in the Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), as a Past R.O.P. Advisor for Bellflower High School and as Planning Commissioner (8 years) - including 2 terms as Chairman.
