Candidate Statement

By Paul A. Smith

Candidate for United States Representative; District 5

This information is provided by the candidate
Your vote must count
The voters of the 5th Congressional District have not been accurately represented in Congress. As this district had been previously deemed a "DEMOCRAT" district, from the RNCC, to local political muscle, to you the voters... there has been no other concerted effort to win this district back. We MUST come together and give democracy back to this district!

I am asking for your vote in the June Primary. Your vote can make a difference!

You, the voters, should decide who governs this district!

On June 8th, we need 60,000 Republicans to vote to help bring democracy back to this district.

If I can gain more votes in the Primary than my opponent we will gain the RNCC's attention, build a solid Republican base, receive the media attention that we deserve, and move forward toward election day to gain this district back.

Further, while we are up against a well funded competitor, any contribution you can make, financial or other, will not be wasted. From $5, $10, $20 cash contributions, to office space, to volunteers, to precinct captains etc... any contribution will help!

Please go to my website at http://WWW.PaulSmithforCongress.org and contribute.

My name is Paul Smith. I am running for Congress in the 5th CD. It feels like I am the David vs Goliath, in the biblical story. Help me bring down the giant and send a message that your vote counts! Please support me.
