Sonoma County needs a strong public safety/victims' rights Judge on the Sonoma County Superior Court Bench, and I am up to the task. I have the ability, training, and experience to do the job right. My credentials include a Juris Doctorate (JD) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I am a published author of "Total Quality Management in the Public Sector, Managing Municipal Misdemeanor Prosecutions." I have over 20 years experience as a Sonoma County Attorney, with successful jury verdicts in the civil and criminal courts. I also have administrative law experience. Additionally I have served 17 years as a Sonoma County Superior Court Temporary Judge (Judge Pro-Tem), 15 years as a Sonoma County Superior Court Settlement Conference Panelist, and as a Sonoma County Community Development Commission Arbitrator. My law enforcement background includes being a former Deputy District Attorney, Assistant City Prosecutor and Palo Alto Police Department Hearing Officer. My community involvement includes being a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association as a Boardmember, Sonoma Valley Citizens Advisory Commissioner, Mock Trial Coach at the local High School, and I remain active in emergency rescue as a First Responder including CPR and AED training. My candidacy has the support of Crime Victims United, National Latino Police Officers Association, Seniors Advocate Len Tillem, and many members of the Bar and Community Leaders. Finally, if someone is convicted in my courts for child abuse, elder abuse, or rape they will go to jail. I am committed to keeping our community safe for my family and yours. Hopefully you agree and will give me your vote. John LemMon
