A fresh parental perspective

"I have a child who is currently enrolled in a school in the district. I believe that having children currently enrolled in the district I hope to represent, is a key component. More often than not, these very influential board seats up for re-election rarely go unopposed. I think, as a parent, I will bring a fresh approach and a diverse perspective."

He is a devoted husband and father to a magnificent six year old daughter who attends the JX Wilson Public School in Santa Rosa California, where he currently resides. Jarred also sits on the board of directors, of the JX Wilson School Site Council and the local Polly Klaas Foundation. Previously, he was a weekly volunteer for the JX. Wilson kindergarten and first grade class for the 2009 + 2010 school years. Jarred has sponsored and participated in many charities and fundraisers such as The Johns Hopkins Children's Center, The Stanford University Blood Center, The Boys and Girls Club, and Big Brothers and Sisters of Oakland.

With his inclusive approach and unique team building skills he has consistently produced many successful marketing platforms upon which many businesses continue to model and leverage. Mr. Jones has lead nationwide workshops that have focused on risk management issues and information technology to affect change in the areas of business development and strategic planning.

In his own words, "On November 2nd 2010, give the Wright Elementary School District the fresh future our children deserve. Add an active parent's voice to this board with your vote for me."
