It has been an honor and privilege serving as a member of the GDPUD Board of Directors for the past eight years. My life's career as a CPA has been an asset in understanding how to successfully operate a water district. Being a member and president of this Board has additionally given me insight into the many issues facing the District and the Divide and will enable me to continue making informed decisions. My experience in serving as a director for the El Dorado County Water Agency, the El Dorado Water & Power Authority and the American River Authority has given me the opportunity to fully appreciate the concerns and needs of our larger community. In a new term, I'll continue working to ensure that we maintain our standard of providing high quality water and reliable, friendly service while continuing to keep customer rates among the lowest in California.
